Unpowered, unconstrained object is considered to be ejected impulsively with low speed from satellite in circular orbit; ejection velocity vector has arbitrary direction within satellite's orbital plane; equations are developed describing object's motion relative to frame of reference centered on satellite for case that atmospheric drag acts on object; trajectories (obtained on analog computer) are illustrated by plots applying to 2 objects having different values of ballistic drag parameter and to low speed ejection and zero speed release.
