Nature of transport process between fluid and its enclosing surface is considered in presence of random disturbances and for conditions likely to prevail in space devices; argument is developed that disturbances normally present in motion of such devices may result in relatively effective transport mechanisms; number of circumstances are analyzed; resulting transport rates generally are much greater than would be calculated for process that would be expected in absence of all disturbances.
