Analysis for zero pitch static performance of 3-dimensional ground-effect machine with varying height nozzles based on "thick-jet" theory; experimental data for static performance and stability behavior of Bur Ships Hydroskimmer Air Cushion Vehicle for peripheral nozzle configuration with and without interior nozzle; analysis developed is used to compute performance characteristics of Hydroskimmer and comparison is made with zero pitch experimental results.
