Results of tests of Terminal Performance Control (TPC) System operation at Hillyard terminal of Great Northern near Spokane; using TPC matrix, 300 movements or possible combinations of measurement points can be determined; punched cards follow every car through yard; every time car passes measurement point, completed-move card is printed for it; unless point is departure or delivery, new card is issued for next movement in addition to completed-movement card.
