Application of frequency tables, calculation of distribution function, representation of operating contingencies, calculation of test quantities, and evaluation and supplementation of results; measures of association were calculated and are discussed for two frequency matrices; test quantity of chi-square method is modified so that coefficient ranging from zero to unity is obtained; it is shown that transinformation introduced into railroad operational research is capable of being tested.
