Water from condensation of evaporated seawater is character of boiler feedwater to be experienced in all Naval ships; on this basis author analyses character of feedwater, and describes various methods of quantitively measuring impurities; also closely related electrical methods for determining concentration of seawater in evaporator or distilling systems.
