Four Brill 500-hp. units handle maximum trains of over 300 tons in local service; each motor car carries two power plants, each consisting of 250-hp. Brill-Westinghouse gasoline engine, direct connected to 600-volt 160-kw. Westinghouse 160-kw. generator; cars used are all steel, with electro-pneumatic control.
