Newport East Box constitutes first installation for heavy and complex traffic operation of Fereira-Insell system; Newport West Box is being correspondingly equipped in conjunction with station enlargement and modernization; main idea is that movement of one lever covers operation and appropriate setting of all points included in route, together with lowering of controlling signal when route is completely in order.
