there is potentially greater utilization of air freight by company for domestic and international use; suggestions are made to solve shipper's needs for repetitive mass movements as well as emergency requirements; international air carriers require blocked space agreements, selective reduced commodity rates and automated ground handling; consignor-to-consignee rates and service will be controlling features of growth of air cargo; terminal-to-terminal service is basic.
