Studies were conducted at Moreland Hills, Ohio; preliminary tests were also made of efficacy of brightness camouflage in concealing military objectives and permitting more nearly adequate lighting for traffic movement; findings are discussed, in comparison with European specifications on Air-Raid Precautions lighting.
