Results of questionnaire sent to Michigan defense product manufacturers show that 520 plants representing 70% of total reporting, receive 50% of incoming freight by truck, 100 plants, 13% of total, receive entire incoming freight by truck; 112 plants, 15% of total, assign all outgoing shipments to truckers; findings on workers transportation by privately owned automobiles.
