Description of method known as "Fleet-Fillet" technique perfected by engineers and technicians of Lincoln Electric Co, which is designed to increase speed of welding process up to 100%; technique is simple and makes possible faster weld production without increasing operator fatigue, reduction in amount of welding elctrode per foot of weld, and lower welding costs; technique is based on penetration at root of fillet weld.
