Industrialists no longer regard women merely as second class "replacements"; jobs which women are doing in aircraft manufacture are cutting and soldering wires, assembling motors, lacing wires and cables, setting up panel boards; assembling radios, riveting, operating hand presses, drills and numbering machines, welding and inspection.
