Concept which consists of sending man to Moon or planet without propulsion to return him to Earth is discussed technically and can be extended to keeping man alive and doing valuable scientific work for extended periods of time; scientific and technical evaluation of One-Way Manned Lunar Mission including summary of lunar environments, life support requirements, propulsion, vehicle design, and weights, base and logistics requirements.
