Investigation of form and dimensions of waves generated by one selected plunger type and corresponding power requirements; aim was to obtain design information for wavemakers to be installed in Shipbuilding Laboratory of Finland Institute of Technology; size of seakeeping and maneuvering basin, according to present designs, will be 40 × 40 × 3 m.
