Study of possible schemes from nonequatorial launch site Cape Canaveral, Fla, which are applicable to any desired longitude for earth-fixed point in 24-hr orbit; they should be as economical as possible, propellant-wise, and involved flight times kept to minimum at points of scheme in which accuracy and accuracy of guidance equipment with time are critical; 2 schemes are developed, each evolving as correction to undesirable features.
