Design of Mach 2-rocket sled; highly satisfactory operation of test vehicle at AFFTC track noted, with total of seven tests accomplished above Mach 2 and six tests above Mach 1.80; all 19 runs, with exception of one misfire, were accomplished at velocities in excess of Mach 1.2.
