Artificial harbor will have two breakwaters of rubble mound construction enclosing water area of some 250 acres, suitable for accommodation of 8 overseas cargo vessels and two tankers, and with 5 coastal shipping berths and accommodation for fishing and harbor craft; investigation included survey of trade potential, marine conditions and littoral drift, borings, surveys and soundings.
