Paper presents flat plate friction and heat transfer data for many of hypersonic flight conditions of interest; parameters are calculated for flat plate at angle of attack from 0 to 50 ° with equilibrium dissociation of air behind shock wave and within laminar boundary layer and tabulated for wall temperatures between 1000 and 3000 R with free stream velocities of 10,000 to 28,000 ft.
