Results of noise measurements of various ground operations of French two-engine Caravelle and British four-engine Comet 4; data were obtained in conjunction with measurements of in-flight noise, made on aircraft for Port of New York Authority; noise levels estimated that would exist in vicinity of airport terminal buildings due to these aircraft during idle, taxi, and takeoff operations. Before 55th Meeting of Acoustical Soc of America, May 10 1958, Washington, D.C.
