Problems considered in connection with ventilation in street tunnels are toxicity of CO, amount of CO in exhaust gases as affected by carburetor adjustment and altitude of travel, traveling speed, and shifting to low gear; air pollution by other (Diesel engine) exhaust gases; examples of computation of CO concentration.
