Two basic methods of space rescue are considered; (1) to provide rescue by another vehicle; (2) to provide Independent escape vehicle within spacecraft; rescue from disabled spacecraft in remote section of solar system appears hopeless; incorporation into space vehicle of miniature escape vehicle provided for each crew member and method of rescue describing sequence of events taking place.
