Most important airplanes and some details of exhibition are discussed; progress made by different firms varies, but in general French airplane manufacture has achieved important improvements during last 6 years owing to munificent subsidies of state; German influence is perceptible in design of metal airplanes, which are being built in large numbers, and in manufacture of giant planes; manufacture of military planes with powerful arms; as regards speed, physical limit has already been attained.
