Paper describes steps of typical flutter analysis conducted to indicate how modern techniques can be applied to produce very high technical standard combined with modest expenditure; sequence of operations is shown in graphical form and structures which must be analyzed are described; availability of large digital computer makes it possible to meet all requirements for flutter analysis of business airplanes; some typical design problems are discussed.
