Railroad car dumper which rotates cars without uncoupling is used at power station in Joliet, Ill unit train system; unlike any other dumper ever built in terms of size, speed, capacity, operation and general design dumper empties 100-ton, gondola-type coal cars at rate of 2800 tph without uncoupling; one man has all controls for locomotive positioning, dumping, conveying, crushing and sampling.
