Notes on investigations made by Lodge Plugs, Inc, into temperatures of insulators and electrodes of spark plugs during operating conditions in various types of internal combustion engines: by means of special spark plugs incorporating very fine thermocouples in conjunction with millivoltmeter, temperature measurements can be recorded while plug is actually firing engine.
