Timber truss frames weighing 14 tons each, which had to be fabricated for special naval purposes, required unusually large and heavy timber members: to move these timbers to saws, to framing platforms and to assembly areas, combination of truck cranes, roller conveyors, skids and guy derricks was successfully used.
