Signals moved from center to side of street, increasing capacity to handle vehicles, and traffic lights added at some of busy crossings; signals consist of two pairs of back to back flashing light lamps, reflectorized rotating stop disk and standard reflectorized crossbuck railroad crossing sign; they can be operated by manual or automatic control.
