Some problems encountered by Idaho Operations Office, Health and Safety Division in assuring safety of shipments of radioactive materials from Atomic Energy Commission's National Reactor Testing Station; deficiencies in container design, poor rigging practice in rail shipment and securing casks on commercial trucks, fires in transit, are major problems; escorts furnished by Security Division are trained in problems of health, safety, first aid and fire extinguishment.
