Unguided rocket developed by Alexandria Div's Advanced Research Dept and Naval Ordnance Laboratory, consists basically of booster and dart; it was originally required to place series of identical payloads to number of points in space at given time and return them by parachute to ocean surface for recovery; altitude requirements ranged from 2000 to 18,000 ft.
