By means of ballistic bomb apparatus for liquid monopropellant evaluation, developed by Olin Mathieson Chemical Corp, New Haven, Conn, it is possible to determine measured performance values without requirement of actual rocket motor operation; method of conversion of constant volume performance value to constant pressure term is apparently valid within limits of sufficient accuracy.
