Details disclosed of Armstrong Siddeley's 4-rocket power plant, Gamma, for Black Knight RAE/Saunders-Roe research vehicle, which on Sept 7 1958 was propelled to height of 150 m above Woomera range; two diametrically opposed chambers are rotated together to control pitch, and other two to control yaw; each of pivoted chambers has sea level thrust of 4100 lb, operating on HTP and kerosine.
