Paper demonstrates feasibility of assembling space rockets in orbit and of doing so with equipment and techniques already available; accuracy of satellite orbit discussed and arbitrary specification of orbit plane, apogee, and perogee vectors made; tracking and instrumentation problem and solutions discussed.
