Requirements for three-axis system for satellites; one-axis system proposed uses expulsion charges to compensate for initial disturbance; final fine control exerted by low power flywheel reaction type servo system; it is shown how system can be stabilized without direct derivatives of attitude information; therefore, system also supports stabilization when manually controlled.
