New drydock is located on East Twin, promontory of undeveloped land lying between, and at convergence of, Victoria and Musgrave Channels; length is 1100 ft, entrance width 165 ft, barrel width 165 ft, depth of water at mean high water of neap tides 36 ft; information is given on site condition and construction methods; layout diagrams are included.
