Thornycroft and Co Ltd; 45 vehicles can be carried on main deck, with unrestricted height at fore end for trucks; length oa (including ramp and fender) 191 ft 2 in., breadth molded 40 ft, depth molded to main deck 10 ft 7 in., draft amidships 7 ft, gross 730 tons, service speed 14 knots; two 8-cyl Crossley engines each have continuous rating of 900 bhp at 450 rpm.
