Containers holding fighting men and equipment that can be dropped from airplanes developed by AMC, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base; two sizes of containers will be tested; 6000-lb capacity universal container for dropping infantry squad and equipment, and 500-lb capacity model for supplies; for loads up to 3500 lb, single 100-ft parachute may be used; for loads up to 6000 lb two 100-ft parachutes will be required.
