Locomotive developed by Ruston and Hornsby, claimed to be smallest of this class built in United Kingdom; designed to operate on any gage from meter up to 5 ft 6 in.; in working order weight is 28 tons and engine develops tractive effort of 18,000 lb at starting; max speed 17 1/2 mph; fitted with Ruston and Hornsby 6 VPHL 6-cyl vertical Diesel engines with rating of 155 bhp at speed of 1250 rpm.
