Paper deals with sweat prevention as one aspect of "water in wrong place"; operations of cargo liner fleet of U K/Continent trade to India with general cargo and homewards either direct or to United States with India's products; plain mechanical ventilation without complications, on scale of 2000 cu ft per min per 100,000 cu ft of space contended to be better ventilation than anything obtainable with cowls.
