Deals with suggested installation of "unbalanced" 8-cylinder V-engine, in that a flexible mounting be used instead of bolting engine rigidly to airplane structure, idea being that flexible mounting would be so adapted that vibrations due to inertia effects would, as it were, "damp themselves out."
