Cockerill Yards at Hoboken, Belgium, have delivered command and logistic vessel to Royal Belgian Navy; length oa is 326 ft 3/8 in., molded breadth 45 ft 11 1/8 in., draft 11 ft 9 3/4 in., hull is of all welded construction, longitudinally-framed on double bottom and under decks and transversely-framed at shell; holds for minesweeping gear and flotilla spares, repair shop for cables, helicopter hangar, etc, are arranged; vessel is not offensively armed, but there are three 40 mm antiaircraft guns with electric ammunition hoists; two V12TR24OCO engines were supplied by Cockerill-Ougree-Providence.
