Discussion of new Admiralty organization which promises to affect conduct of future naval warfare even more significantly than its older counterpart Royal Corps of Naval Constructors, aim is to ensure that every naval vessel which puts to sea shall be equipped with best possible instruments and other devices; outstanding advances have been in fields of radio, also range finders, gun sights, gun control. etc.
