Pistons described are used in 4-3/4 × 6-1/2 4-cyl and 6-cyl Diesel engine operating at 1200 to 1400 rpm governed speed; compression ratio is 13.67:1 and maximum combustion pressure range from 725 lbs/sq in. to 780 lb per sq in. these engines are used in farm and industrial tractors, prime movers and power units; test bench data.
