Proposed fleet of Diesel-engined refrigerated vessels is described; ships were to be of semi-cruiser type; 240 ft. o.a. with 35-ft. beam and 19-ft. molded depth; propelling power to be two sets of Diesel engines developing 1150 hp. each, and driving twin screws to attain sea speed of 17 knots per hr. in normal weather; 400 tons of fish carried.
