Results of decision of Public Utilities Commission of Ohio in case based upon complaint of Ohio Assn. of Commercial Haulers against New York Central; motor-truck service, contracted for by New York Central to transport l.c.l. freight over highways in coordination with its train services, is called illegal; such truck service is considered as common carrier operating on public highway, and in order to carry on such operation must prove convenience and necessity for it and pay required tax.
