Richardson of Bureau of Aeronautics; hull constructed of 17-ST shapes, arranged in trusses and floor frames, covered by dural plating; wings and tail surfaces consist of extruded 17-ST spars, drag trusses and sheet dural ribs, fabric covered; wing span 100 ft.; top speed 120 m.p.h.; as commercial craft it provides seating for 32 persons.
