Because of rapid rise in cost of running motor taxicabs, the Berlin chief of police has been prompted to make a trial of three-wheeled cabs to ascertain whether they met with requirements of traffic safety and if saving effected in rubber and fuel is not counteracted by increased expense of repairs and shorter life of machine. The special regulations for use of these cabs with regard to construction, tariff, etc., are given. (See also - no. 5 Mar. 1920)
