12,300-ton, 16-knot motor ship "Kina," East Asiatic Co's 26th motor vessel, built by Nakskov yard; length oa 506 ft 6 in.; breadth 65 ft; depth to upper deck 41 ft 9 in.; propelled by B and W double acting, 2-stroke standard engine with cylinders 620 mm in diameter, and stroke of 1400 mm, developing 9100 bhp at 110 rpm.
