Flagler"; joint service involves use of 4 new 7-car trains, consisting of 1 combination mail and coach, 3 60-passenger coaches, 1 diner, 1 52-passenger coach and tavern-lounge-observation car; four Diesel electric locomotives are of 2000-hp capacity, built by Electro-Motive Corp, each powered by two 1000-hp, 12-cyl General Motors Diesel engines with 600-v d-c generators and 450-hp traction motors.
