Impedance of feeders used with VSCF generating systems in airplanes is severely affected by nonsinusoidal generator current and airplane frame; these effects were experimentally investigated for frequencies from 1500 to 3500 cps; impedance curves were constructed as aid in determination of optimum configuration and location of feeder cables for VSCF systems.
